hello everyone,
Coming up in April, April showers hopefully will bring may flowers. The Easter bunny will be hopping along here in April 20.. We have an upcoming event at the Alton little theater. I believe April 11. . We have our ICB annual convention here at the end of April, however this year it will be done over Zoom on your telephone, computer. April 24, 25th, and 26th. Hope you can attend.
May 1, is our annual Madison County Association Of The Blind birthday party. It will be held at Mr. poncho’s Mexican restaurant, located in Eastgate Plaza, in East Alton Illinois. I believe we set the time at 5 PM to 7:30 PM.
On May 5, we have tickets to go to St. Louis Cardinals baseball game. Come to the meeting in April and get your tickets, if you haven’t received them from the secretary already..
Our next meeting will be April 3 the first Thursday in April.
Our meeting will be April 3, at Terry‘S Mini Mall, 300 N. Wood River Ave., Wood River, IL 62095.
Our meeting will be from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. From 630 to 7 is our cookie social time. We will start the meeting promptly at seven until 8 PM Ish.
If you haven’t paid your dues yet this year, they are past due. Bring some extra money and you could purchase some stuff from Terry‘S Mini Mall, we also have our Madison County Association Of The Blind merchandise at the mini mall as well. Our merchandise are such things as T-shirts, cookbooks, water bottles, coffee travel mugs. We also have our MCAB 50–50 tickets for sale.
